    We care about your privacy, and also about your time. The company Stadion Miejski Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Białystok has prepared a version of the most important rules connected with the protection of privacy.

    By making comments, subscribing to the newsletter or simply contacting us, you provide us with your personal data, and we guarantee that your data will remain confidential and safe and will not be shared with any third parties without your express consent.

    We outsource the processing of your personal data only to proven and trusted entities providing services related to the processing of personal data.

    We use the Google Analytics analytic tools, which collect information about your visits on the website, such as the pages that you have viewed, the time you have spent on the website and your movement between particular pages. For this purpose, cookies of the company Google LLC pertaining to the Google Analytics service are used. As part of the cookie settings, you can decide whether or not you give your consent for the use of Google Analytics in your case.

    We use the Google AdWords tools, which employ “cookie” technology, i.e. text files placed on your device so that the website stadion.bialystok.pl may evaluate the correctness and effectiveness of the advertising activity conducted using the AdWords network, as well as to send you personalised advertisements, also advertisements tracking the user by using Cookies. On its servers, Google collects data obtained by placing cookies in devices and it uses this information in order to create reports and perform other services related to internet traffic and use. Google may also provide this information to third parties, if it is obliged to do so under the law or in the event when these parties process such information on behalf of Google. These data are never associated with your personal data; they only constitute material for statistical analysis and mechanisms of system error correction.

    We upload videos on YouTube pages for informative and marketing purposes. For this purpose, cookies of the Google LLC company pertaining to the YouTube service are used. Cookies are loaded only when playing a video.

    Data may be also shared with providers of legal and advisory services (in particular, law firms) as well as providers of IT and internet services.

    We use our own cookies so that the website functions properly.

    The GDPR grants you the following potential rights related to the processing of your personal data:

    • the right to access your personal data,
    • the right to rectify your personal data,
    • the right to erase your personal data,
    • the right to limit the processing of your personal data,
    • the right to object to the processing of your personal data,
    • the right to data portability,
    • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body,
    • the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of personal data, if you have given such a consent.

    The rules related to the exercise of the aforementioned rights are described in detail in Articles 16-21 of the GDPR. For our part, we consider it necessary to explain that the aforementioned rights are not absolute and will not be vested in you in relation to all operations of the processing of your personal data. For your convenience, we have taken the effort to indicate, as part of the description of particular operations of personal data processing, the rights that you have in relation to these operations.

    We would like to emphasise that one of the aforementioned rights is vested in you at all times – if you consider that during the processing of your personal data, we have violated the provisions on personal data protection, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (President of Personal Data Protection Office).

    You can also ask us to provide you with information about what data related to you we have and for what purposes we process them. We have made every effort to ensure that the information you are interested in is comprehensively presented in this privacy policy.

    We guarantee the confidentiality of all personal data provided to us. We ensure that we will take all measures of security and the protection of personal data which are required by the provisions on personal data protection. Personal data are collected with due diligence and are adequately protected against access by unauthorised persons.

    Your data may be processed by:

    • our subcontractors, i.e. entities whose services we use during the processing of data and providing services or executing orders for your benefit,
    • providers of IT services for the purpose of the storage of personal data on the server, including the mailbox server,
    • suppliers who may possibly gain access to your personal data while performing services for our benefit in connection with technical support of the website,
    • Google LLC – for the purpose of using the services of Google, including email functioning based on the Google servers,
    • social networking sites, e.g. Facebook, for the purpose of using the services of Facebook,
    • providers of legal and advisory services for the purpose of all actions aimed at solving any legal problems,
    • suppliers who may perform services related to the modernisation of marketing solutions.

    All entities to whom we outsource the processing of personal data guarantee the application of the appropriate means of protection and the security of personal data as required by the law.

    Due to the use of Google and Facebook services, your data may be transferred to the United States of America (USA) in connection with their storage on American servers. However, you should not be concerned, since Google and Facebook have joined the Privacy Shield programme and, in this way, they guarantee the adequate level of personal data protection as required by EU law.

    Cookies and other tracking technologies

    Our website, like almost all other websites, uses cookies

    Cookies are small text information stored on your end device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone) which can be read by our ICT system (own cookies) or by ICT systems of third parties (third party cookies).

    Some cookies that we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e. after its closing (so-called session cookies). Other cookies are saved on your end device and allow us to recognise your browser during your subsequent visit to the website (permanent cookies).

    Consent to cookies.

    Third party cookies. Our website, like most contemporary websites, uses functions provided by third parties, which entails the use of cookies coming from third parties.

    Google Analytics. We use the Google Analytics tool provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. We perform activities within this scope based on our legitimate interest consisting in the creation of statistics and analysing them in order to optimise our website.

    Google Analytics collects the information about your use of our website in an automated manner. Information collected in this manner is most often sent to servers in the USA, where it is stored.

    Due to the pseudonymisation of your IP address, your IP address is shortened before being forwarded. Only in exceptional cases, is the full IP address provided to the server of Google in the USA and  is shortened there. As a rule, the anonymised IP address provided by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not associated with other Google data.

    Since Google LLC is based in the USA and uses technical infrastructure located in the USA, it has joined the EU-US-Privacy Shield programme in order to ensure the adequate level of personal data protection as required by EU law. As part of the agreement between the USA and the European Commission, the latter has ascertained the adequate level of data protection in the case of enterprises which have the Privacy Shield certificate.

    Facebook. We use the marketing tools available as part of the Facebook site and provided by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave. Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. As part of these tools, we send you advertisements on the Facebook site. We perform activities within the scope based on our legitimate interest in the form of the marketing of proprietary products or services.

    For the purpose of sending you personalised advertisements based on your behaviour on our website, we have implemented Facebook Pixel as part of our website, which automatically collects the information about your use of our website within the scope of the pages viewed. Information collected in this manner is most often sent to the Facebook server in the USA, where it is stored.

    Information collected as part of Facebook Pixel is anonymous, i.e. it does not allow us to identify you. We only know what actions you have taken on our website. However, we inform you that Facebook may associate this information with other information about you, collected as part of your use of the Facebook site, and it may use such information for its own purposes, including marketing purposes. The methods Facebook employ are independent of us, and you can find information about them directly in the privacy policy of Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation. You can also manage your privacy settings from the level of your Facebook account.

    Social networking tools.

    Our website uses plug-ins and other social networking tools provided by social networking sites such as Facebook or Twitter.

    When viewing our website containing such a plug-in, your browser will establish a direct connection with the servers of administrators of social networking sites (service providers). The content of the plug-in is transmitted by a given service provider directly to your browser and it is integrated with the website. Thanks to this integration, service providers receive the information that your browser has viewed our website, even if you do not have a profile at a given service provider or if you are not currently logged in there. Such information (along with your IP address) is sent by your browser directly to the server of a given service provider (some servers are located in the USA) and it is stored there.

    If you have logged into one of social networking sites, the service provider will be able to directly assign your visit to our website to your profile in a given social networking site.

    If you use a given plug-in, e.g. by clicking the “Like” or “Share” button, the relevant information will also be sent directly to the server of a given service provider and it will be saved there.

    Furthermore, such information will be posted in a given social networking site and will be displayed to persons added as your contacts. The purpose and scope of data collection and their further processing and use by service providers, the possibility of contact, your rights within this scope and the possibility of changing the settings so as to ensure the protection of your privacy have been described in the privacy policy of particular service providers.

    If you do not want social networking sites to assign data collected during your visit to our website directly to your profile on a given site, before visiting our website, you have to log out of that social networking site. You may also completely prevent the loading of plug-ins on the website by using the appropriate extensions for your browser, e.g. blocking of scripts.

    Video and audio. Video from YouTube posted on the website. For this purpose, cookies of the company Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA pertaining to the YouTube service are used. Cookies are loaded only when playing a video or an audio file. If you do not consent to them being loaded, you should refrain from playing video or audio files.

    When you play a video or an audio file, Google is informed about it, even if you do not have a Google profile. Such information (along with your IP address) is sent by your browser directly to the server of a given service provider (some servers are located in the USA) and it is stored there.

    If you have logged into Google, the service provider will be able to directly assign the playing of the video on our website to your profile in Google. The purpose and scope of data collection and their further processing and use by the service provider, the possibility of contact, your rights within this scope and the possibility of changing the settings so as to ensure the protection of your privacy have been described in the privacy policy of Google.

    If you do not want Google to assign data collected during the playing of the video directly to your profile in a given site, before visiting our website, you have to log out of that site. You can also completely prevent loading of plug-ins on the website by using the appropriate extensions for your browser, e.g. blocking of scripts.

    Server logs

    Using the website is related to sending inquiries to the server on which the website is stored. Each inquiry sent to the server is recorded in the server logs.

    The logs include e.g. your IP address, date and server time, information about the web browser and operating system that you use. The logs are saved and stored on the server.

    The data saved in the server logs are not associated with any particular persons using the website and are not used by us for the purpose of your identification.

    The server logs are only an auxiliary material intended for website administration, and their content is not disclosed to anyone apart from persons authorised to administer the server.

    On our part, we can assure you that we do not collect any of your personal data as part of cookies. However, we do not have any impact on the manner in which cookies are used by third parties, in particular, when it comes to cookies of social networking sites – within this scope, we refer you to their own privacy policies.
