Stadion Miejski Sp. z o.o. is a special purpose vehicle established on 18 February 2013 by the City of Białystok to carry out the city’s own tasks within the scope of creating organisational conditions conducive to promotion of sport and culture in general. The tasks entrusted to the Company for implementation are related to the social function of the Municipal Stadium in Białystok and are aimed at the ongoing and continuous fulfilment of the collective needs of the local government community in the sporting sphere, including access to sports equipment, and in the field of culture, in order to ensure sports development and the promotion of culture.
